The ThankQ reward program is an internal recognition system where employees are rewarded and acknowledged for their behavioural alignment to the company’s values.
Working with the Human Resources team, I designed the new brand look and feel to retrofit to the existing system, making use of ‘Sam’ the values custodian character, who represents and reinforces each of the six QBE values.
